**The Challenge**
- As a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be part of a cross-functional team, either based at the DSM Nutritional Products Headquarters, located in the Basel Area (Kaiseraugst), Switzerland or working remote combined with some travel to the headquarters. The activities linked to the position are highly complex due to the dynamics of the Personal Care market and changing regulatory environments. Your responsibility will encompass the integration of Marketing and Sales plans into a regulatory strategy program and its global implementation in cooperation with the regional teams. You will be part of a highly professional and motivated team.

**Your mission is to**
- Support the joint efforts of the Personal Care & Aroma (PCA) business and guarantee market clearance and compliance according to your product responsibility.
- Manage product quality and safety while interfacing with R&D, product and innovation management, toxicologists, QA and QC for manufacturing sites and marketing and sales.
- Develop the regulatory strategy for new product innovations.
- Coordinate submissions of dossiers and align with regional colleagues to ensure regulatory compliance of PCA products.
- Monitor and report changes in the regulatory environment and assess their impact on the business.
- Support global customer queries related to PCA products and sites
- Represent DSM in industry associations and Consortia, as required, to support PCA products and business interests.

**What experience are we looking for?**
- Master’s degree / University degree in science.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Quality Management, ideally in Personal Care.
- In-depth interdisciplinary knowledge in the areas such as Analytics, Chemistry and Production, Biology and Toxicology.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and with multiple stakeholders inside and outside at all levels
