The Position

Der Technical Asset Care Manager ist für den störungsfreien und GMP konformen Betrieb der Produktionsanlagen, sowie die Stabilisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung inkl. der Produktion angrenzenden Anlagen/ techn. Prozesse zuständig. Dies setzt gute Kenntnisse der Betriebsabläufe und -anlagen, ein hohes Mass an technischem Verständnis, sowie sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten zur Projektbearbeitung voraus.

Die Möglichkeit:

  • Begleiten der Produktion, Identifizieren der Probleme und Einleiten von Maßnahmen zur Eliminierung
  • Plant und koordiniert Unterbrüche, sowie Instandhaltungstätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Dokumentation von technischen Tätigkeiten.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von betriebsinternen und bereichsübergreifenden
  • Arbeitsvorschriften und anderer GMP-relevanter Dokumente unter Einhaltung der aktuell gültigen GMP-Regeln).
  • Kennzahlen-Review und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Optimierung der Instandhaltungstätigkeiten / -konzepte
  • Reduktion von ungeplanten technischen Stillständen, Analyse auf Basis Daten z.B. OEE & SAP.
  • Durchführung und Moderation von A3 Problemsolvings und RCA's, Teilnahme von Gemba Walks.
  • Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Trainingskonzepten innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Reliability Engineering (ARA, ACE, EoL,..), um Entscheidungsgrundlage für Investments vorzubereiten.
  • Vorbereiten und Leiten von (technischen) Meetings, Huddles inkl. Erstellung & Pflege der zugehörigen Performance Boards.

Wer Sie sind

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise in einer technischen Fachrichtung oder einer entsprechenden beruflichen Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Produktion, Entwicklung oder Qualitätssicherung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung innerhalb der betroffenen Manufacturing Unit, grundlegende Kenntnisse über Sicherheit, Qualitätssysteme und Qualitätssicherungskonzepte, einschließlich der Anwendung der aktuellen Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Betriebes und dessen Prozesse sowie sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, schlanke und agile Arbeitsweisen umzusetzen, zu coachen und anzuwenden.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und gute in Englisch.
