Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a MES Project/Program Manager to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis located in the EMEA region with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on producing healthier societies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this position, you will be responsible for ensuring business case development is in line with pertinent shareholders.
- When required, you will supervise the project from initiation through delivery, interface with external clients or field-based employees on technical matters.
- Assist and supervise budget plans and approval and spending.
- Handle detailed projects and milestone planning for multi-site execution.
- You will guarantee adherence with security, compliance and quality policies and processes.
- Offer feedback and lessons learned to strengthen deployment strategy and enterprise standards and processes.
- Allocate and oversee work, offering technical assistance and guidance.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in an engineering, business or similar discipline.
- At least 5+ years of pertinent work experience in multi-site MES implementation.
- Familiarity with project execution within a regulated GxP setting.
- Acquaintance with executing manufacturing operations systems and manufacturing implementation systems such as Werum PasX, GE, Tracksys and/or new generation MES.
- Know-how of integration methods and project governance.
- Willing to travel for business needs.
- Prior involvement in multi-site scalable deployment.
