We are currently assisting a big pharmaceutical client in finding a Program Manager for one of their leadership team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to shaping the Program Strategy and enable its execution by translating the strategy into tangible outcomes via effective project planning, team management, and process management
- Drive the identification of opportunities to accelerate program execution
- Partner with senior stakeholders to make informed decisions more quickly
- Chair and facilitate program meetings
- Drive the delivery of governance proposals in alignment with the team leader
- Accountable to maintain key milestones in the planning system and to manage the project plans of the program
**Profile**:

- 7+ years drug development strategy and project management experience in the pharma/biotech industry, including supporting cross-functional teams
- Strategic and analytical thinking to assimilate complex information to inform decisions
- Demonstrated contributions to functional and/or cross-functional initiatives
- Anticipate the needs of the program/business and proactively drive teams with portfolio context in mind
- Certification and experience in new ways of working (e.g. agility, SCRUM etc.)
