We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Zurich, Zürich (CH-ZH), Switzerland (CH).

**Responsibilities**
- Lead end to end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project including definition, planning, execution & implementation, governance & control, financial, resource and change management.
- Drives all aspects of IT Project, activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments.
- Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Provide financial analysis, including being able to contextualise financial data into business activities and conclusions
- Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.
- Ensures consistency and adherence to NTT and customer standards, processes, and policies for all projects.
- Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.
- Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members.

**Key Skills**
- Proven experience of managing large end-to-end Programs of SAP implementation and data migration projects, Managing large scale transformation ERP implementation and business change projects.
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Proven track record of working with diverse, cross functional teams that are located regionally and worldwide
- Extensive experience in Management of Global Programs for large scale organizations
- Extensive experience in Data Migration, specifically for S4/HANA
- Solid background in SAP implementations, preferably with a technical background who understands data migration challenges and has dealt first hand with the data conversion process
- Knowledge of SAP Data Migration strategies and tools, i.e., BODS, Syniti, Information Steward, LTMC, LSMW,etc.
- Knowledge of SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration) solutions is a plus
- Experience with S/4HANA
- Experience with AGILE methodology
- AGILE SAFe methodology preferred
- Experience with use of AGILE tools like Jira
- Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2, PMP or equivalent.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders/customer executives within IT, Global Businesses, Finance
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

**Desirable Skills**
- Prior experience working in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in German
- Familiar with SAP SolMan
