**Your role**
- Do you want to play a key role in transforming our firm into an agile organization? Do you have a proven anti-money laundering and know-you-client experience in a banking environment? - In your role as the Global Client Risk Rating Program Lead you'll:
- coordinate program efforts covering multiple businesses, regions, compliance and IT functions
- understand, analyze and document requirements for our Client Risk Rating model and workflows
- manage a diverse base of stakeholders, deliver to meet strict regulatory timelines
- adhere to scope and budget restrictions
- drive new products and product changes within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers
- ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the GCRG Due Diligence Crew within the wider Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance (GCRG) function. We are a global team that drives the change portfolio including e.g. Initial and Ongoing Due Diligence, Case Management and Name and Media Screening in addition to Client Risk Rating. We focus on protecting the capital and reputation of the bank by making sure we provide best-in-class Financial Crime Prevention products.

**Your expertise**
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or similar field
- previous relevant experience as product manager working in agile environment with good understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- at least 10 years of experience in change management and digitalization in large, global organizations
- experience within banking industry including client risk rating, risk control, AML, and/or IT, Financial Crime Prevention
- able to balance numerous tasks and competing priorities in a fast paced and demanding environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - ability to communicate complex issues concisely
- dedicated to delivering projects with excellent planning and organizational skills
