- lead and execute end-to-end change risk assessments covering programs, initiatives, product aligned change, and thematic reviews
- effectively assess change delivery governance and identify key risks

- You will be part of the Group Change Governance (GCG) team in Zurich within Group Governance. Group Governance is a key unit within Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance function, enabling effective governance processes, focusing on reducing organizational complexity, with an ambition to enhance clarity and agility wherever we're involved. You will be responsible for assessing risks related to change governance and execution. You will play a vital role in the function's 2nd line of defense mandate, seeing that the necessary risks are identified, appropriate actions defined and agreed with management, thus contributing to successful execution of firm-wide change initiatives.**Your expertise**
- You have:
- university degree in Business, Finance, Engineering
- practical experience in agile delivery and traditional project management, accredited training and certification is a plus (e.g. SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMI-PMP, Prince 2)
- excellent knowledge of change management and investment governance, including multi-year experience in managing change initiatives and programs and / or a leading PMO role
- ability to creatively identify problems, propose solutions, think out of the box and challenge the status-quo
- knowledge of UBS's internal processes and divisional / functional change activities would be preferred
- experience in audit, operational risk and compliance would be an asset
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills
- proficiency in English
