Description du poste
- The management of the regulatory change event process for UBS in Switzerland by identifying new and updated laws, rules and regulations in our regulatory tracking tool
- Pre-assessment of updated laws, rules and regulations impacting UBS in Switzerland
- Reporting of new and updated laws, rules and regulations to relevant stakeholders within the bank
- Training internal staff members on the regulatory change event tracking process
- Managing the process for the demonstration of compliance with key laws, rules and regulations
- Participation in a firm-wide project

Description du profil
- a degree in law, economics or equivalent
- at least 3 years' experience in risk management, risk control, audit or compliance
- a wide understanding of rules and regulations affecting the financial industry
- comfortable in designing and managing systems and processes (including monitoring the proper implementation of system enhancements)
- analytical, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risks
- result-oriented and assertive (you do not shy away from challenging situations)
- fluent in English is a must, other languages are an asset
