**Your role**- The management of the regulatory change event process for UBS in Switzerland by identifying new and updated laws, rules and regulations in our regulatory tracking tool
- Pre-assessment of updated laws, rules and regulations impacting UBS in Switzerland
- Reporting of new and updated laws, rules and regulations to relevant stakeholders within the bank
- Training internal staff members on the regulatory change event tracking process
- Managing the process for the demonstration of compliance with key laws, rules and regulations
- Participation in a firm-wide project

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the C&ORC Policies & Processes team in Zurich. We support, amongst others, the regulatory change event process as well as the process for the demonstration of compliance with key laws, rules and regulations in Switzerland.

**Your expertise**
- a degree in law, economics or equivalent
- at least 3 years' experience in risk management, risk control, audit or compliance
- a wide understanding of rules and regulations affecting the financial industry
- comfortable in designing and managing systems and processes (including monitoring the proper implementation of system enhancements)
- analytical, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risks
- result-oriented and assertive (you do not shy away from challenging situations)
- fluent in English is a must, other languages are an asset
