**Your role**
- Are you interested in a broad scope of compliance topics, such as KYC / AML, investor protection and other topics related to regulatory compliance? Do you enjoy a wide range of different activities from implementing changes to performing independent reviews? Are you able to critically think and challenge status quo?
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and versatile Subject Matter Expert in the second line of defense (C&ORC) who understands the compliance risks of a universal bank in Switzerland. In your daily work, you'll:
- support and drive ad-hoc review activities across various topics and risks
- participate in various simplification efforts and support their implementation
- coordinate and support regulatory reviews and audits in various risk areas
- support various remediation activities
- prepare senior management presentations and communication

**Your team**
- You will be working in the C&ORC P&C Competence Centers team in Zurich. We cover a wide range of compliance-related topics for both the P&C and GWM division in Switzerland. In this role, you will be closely collaborating with the thematically aligned Competence Centers and directly report to and support the head in special projects.

**Your expertise**
- ideally minimum 5 years of experience working in both audit / risk control and project management
- 'risk and control-minded' personality who can both independently identify gaps but also develop and implement robust and practical solutions
- proactive and flexible personality with ability to independently complete multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- reliable, result-oriented and not shying away from challenging situations
- ability to communicate with senior management stakeholders and get key messages across, both verbally and visually
- fluent in German and English (other languages are an asset)
