Are you an experienced change professional, and passionate to find sound solutions for regulatory challenges?

As a regulatory change expert, you analyse the impact of regulation on our business, operating model, and processes. Together with your team and the stakeholders in our bank, you find pragmatic approaches to translate regulation into business-friendly solutions. To find the best solution, you are strongly aligned with other functions in the bank (front office, CRO, IT, etc). You provide your service for dedicated regulatory projects, as well as the regulatory support of strategic change initiatives and agile values streams.

In this exciting role, you will be part of a dedicated team of regulatory change experts within the Business Transformation (BT) area, which drives the strategic change agenda of the bank. Our part in creating the bank of the future is to own regulatory change in a way that safeguards our business while strengthening Julius Baer’s reputation. Our ambition is not only to meet regulatory requirements, but to support our clients and strategic goals.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Drive the bank’s change activities as a regulatory change expert
- Analyze the impact of new or changing regulations on the bank’s business, operating model and processes in a holistic way
- Develop tangible business requirements to address regulation, including the design of related business processes and IT solutions
- Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, e.g. front office, CRO, IT and Operations
- Align regulatory questions with the bank’s risk function or external legal experts

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or higher education in business or law
- At least 5 years project management experience in the private banking industry, or equivalent experience as a consultant
- Good overall knowledge in the legal & regulatory environment for banking (e.g. regulatory reporting, data privacy, investor protection, etc.)
- Experience in the implementation of regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of agile project management techniques is a plus
- Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality
- Comfortable in driving and managing change as well as challenging the status quo
- Fluency in German and English
