**TRANSACTION EXPERT based in Zurich**:
In this function, you will support our Business Development Team in a very broad, dynamic and globally oriented environment with focus on LATAM & MENA regions.

**Requirements / Experience**

To succeed in this highly dynamic and challenging business environment, we are looking for an entrepreneurially spirited team player with the following qualifications:

- MBA or Master’s degree in business, law or finance combined with a completed CFA
- More than five years of work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A or corporate finance
- Good knowledge of transaction execution including legal and regulatory requirements with a proven track record of LATAM & MENA focused private market investments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling/structuring skills for a variety of debt/equity/mezzanine transactions (including DCF- and LBO modelling, Monte Carlo simulations etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop financial models; capable of sound financial analysis of the models to draw conclusions
- Structure or restructure transactions to ensure prudent and sustainable risk

- Knowledge of current economic and political affairs within LATAM & MENA regions including sector trends and relevant regulatory changes
- Excellent problem solving skills, good communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial and pro-active attitude, ability to think outside the box
- Ability to operate in large, culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams; availability to travel internationally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
