- In this role you will successfully lead and manage Hear the World Foundation (HTWF) programs worldwide. You will onboard and develop programs of the HTWF and support in the implementation of the portfolio strategy.**Your tasks**
- Build up a trustful partnership with program partners, supporting them with the ambition to achieve long-term sustainability and a high success rate
- Manage project budget and ensure that HTWF donation (financial, in-kind, professional) is on site timely and to the extent required
- Leverage global Sonova infrastructure and network, aiming for maximum use of synergies and efficiency
- Together with Foundation Operations Manager, coordinate Volunteer needs for programs and support volunteers in setting up training plan for partners
- Act as partners single point of contact within Sonova for all grant related matters with the goal to support them holistically, turning their program into success
- Regularly monitor and evaluate program activities, gather, analyze and interpret data from reporting and use this information for impact-oriented project management. Support Senior Portfolio Manager in the social impact analysis and in drawing the right conclusions and actions from the findings
- Share learnings and best practice examples from assigned programs within HTWF team and foundation partners to foster knowledge sharing.
- Support HTWF Communications Manager to create internal engagement and external visibility for the work and the achievements of the HTWF by providing validated impact data, content, footage and stories from assigned programs
- Support HTW Fundraising Manager in communication activities around HTWs fundraising efforts
- Strategic Projects:

- Establish, manage and monitor project partner platform to enable knowledge and best practice sharing in the HTW project community
- Identify, gather information, and investigate potential new project opportunities through activating local networks in the hearing health community and non-governmental and governmental organizations

**Your profile**
- University Degree in Economics, International Relations or in a related field
- Further education in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and/or Project Management is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role preferably in a large international Non-profit organization
- Relevant experience in foundation operations in an international environment
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Big interest for CSR and Foundation work as well as data analysis and management
- Strong team player, enjoying to engage with stakeholders in different functions across the organization
- Cosmopolitan mindset with a truly international mindset, cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, any other languages are a benefit
