**General Overview**
- The Europe/Africa Office, situated in Zurich, is part of the Rotary International Secretariat with its headquarters in Evanston, Illinois/USA. The mission of our 40 employees is to provide efficient and high-quality service to Rotarians in Europe and Africa and support them in attaining the objectives of Rotary.- Our Philanthropy and Grants team in Zurich has an opening for a**Customer Service / Foundation Advisor**

**France, Benelux, the Netherlands and parts of Africa**

**Your Contributions to the Team**
- You are the main contact person for Rotarians from the assigned regions.
- You provide information and guidance to clubs and districts on matters regarding The Rotary Foundation, e.g., grant criteria, contribution information, recognition and awards.
- You collect Best Practices, which allow you to provide extensive support to members about their foundation engagement.
- You engage yourself in teamwork and actively contribute to internal workgroups.
- You design and deliver presentations for various training events.

**What you bring**
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and at least 3-5 years of experience in a customer centric role
- Proficiency in **English** and **French** are essential. Knowledge of Italian would be seen as an asset
- Experience directly related to the administration of non-profit grant programs
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking
- Good organizational skills and excellent MS Office skills
- Keen interest in, and familiarity with the culture of the assigned regions
