**General Overview**
The Europe/Africa Office, situated in Zurich, is part of the Rotary International Secretariat with its headquarters in Evanston, Illinois/USA. The mission of our 40 employees is to provide efficient and high-quality service to Rotarians in Europe and Africa and support them in attaining the objectives of Rotary.
Our Foundation Services Team in Zurich has an opening for a
**Customer Service / Foundation Advisor / Switzerland: Zurich**
**Nordic region and English-speaking Africa**
**Your Contributions to the Team**
- You are the main contact person for The Rotary Foundation related enquiries for Rotarians from the assigned regions
- You provide information and guidance to clubs and districts on various matters regarding The Rotary Foundation, e.g. contribution information, recognitions and awards and grant criteria
- You collect Best Practices, which allow you to provide extensive support to clubs and districts with regard to their Rotary Foundation engagement
- You engage yourself in teamwork and actively contribute to internal workgroups
- You design and deliver presentations for various training events
**What you bring**
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and at least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience directly related to the administration of non-profit grant programs
- Proficiency in **English** and in either **Swedish, Danish** **or Norwegian **are essential
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking
- Good organizational skills and excellent MS Office skills
- Keen interest in, and familiarity with the culture of the assigned regions
