We look for an excellent mind who wants to develop and manage the finance and controlling processes for us. You work in a team with the VP Finance, a junior Finance Manager, an Office Manager, and an external bookkeeper. Together you make sure that these processes work across the world and that they are as lean as possible, which is fundamental for Wingtras continuing growth. You distribute the relevant information within the company and to our investors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounting: managing the accounting and administration work; supporting the establishment of international accounting standards in accordance with the development of the business
- Take responsibility for financial closing, accounting, and reporting to management and investors.
- If capabilities and willingness match, lead a small team of juniors
- Finance/legal business partnering with operations, people operations, sales, and other departments. Be the go-to person for finance-related questions.
- Bring the finance organization of the HQ and subsidiaries to the next level together with the team.
- Help improve the finance aspects of our recently implemented ERP system Odoo
- Manage relationships and price negotiations with insurance, banks, fiduciaries, and our landlord
- Support investor relations with modeling, reporting, and communication
- Very diverse ad-hoc admin and managerial tasks

**Requirements**:

- University degree or equivalent degree with a focus on finance and accounting
- 5+ year experience in finance incl. some management or strategic experience o
- Excel / quantitative skills at an expert level
- Ability to stay calm and handle a wide array of tasks
- Small and more significant project management skills
- Business fluent in English and German
- Reliable, independent and well-organized
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to prioritize well

**Plus**:

- Experience from a venture-backed startup, working at an investment firm or audit company
- Experience in people leadership
- OKR experience
- Experience with legal topics
- Ability to travel to subsidiaries to ensure good global company culture
