As a Gears Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring that the general manager and business leaders are effective in executing their strategies and operating plans by driving accountability, supporting robust execution and controlled measurement processes and by providing clear and timely financial information and business performance evaluation as well as insightful and focused analysis
- Ensuring finance support and effective analysis and insights to enable business and management reviews and drives business responsiveness to changing market opportunities/conditions.
- Providing financial leadership to establish and accomplish financial goals and objectives
- Maintaining controllership responsibility and oversight
- Establishing and maintaining a financial measurement and reporting system, which provides management with appropriate information and counsel
- Establishing operating forecasts and plans, including appropriate contingency planning
- Analyzing reports and maintaining financial operations in support of activities, goals, and targets
- Managing appropriate cash flow, investment, expenses, and receivables to support division operating activities

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
- Have a significant experience in finance position including in a finance leadership role
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to manage, coach, and build a global team
- Be able and willing to travel between 15% and 20% of the time
- Be able to act as an influential and enthusiastic leader, able to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance
