FLEET FINANCE MANAGER

We are looking for a Fleet Finance Manager, to be based in our Hamburg, Konstanz or UK office.

**YOUR SKILLS MUST INCLUDE**:

- Completed education in the field of accounting
- Client Service skills
- 5-year work experience
- Flexibility to complete task when needed
- The willingness to familiarize yourselves with the exciting field of yachting
- The ability to set the right priorities, even when working at a fast pace

**RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE**:

- Being number one point of contact for Yacht Managers, Brokers, Clients and Captains for all financial services related topics including participation in Client Meetings
- Responsible for the financial on
- and off-boarding of yachts
- Responsibilities for yacht and project accounting
- Creation and closing of monthly and annual reports
- Invoicing of Ocean Independence Clients for Yacht Management Services
- Preview and financial approval of yachts and projects budgets
- Development and quality assurance of Financial Services
- Further development of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Manage digital and hardcopy filing of receipts
- Travel to the yachts under management, to the residencies and offices of the Clients if required
