We are looking for a culture and talented leader with experience developing and leading scalable people strategies (compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, learning & development) for our growing team. With offices in California and Switzerland our company is an exciting opportunity to build the process-playbook centered in efficiency, ownership and collaboration

This role will need a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, yet rigorous operationalizing of People strategies and processes to support the scalability of the business. Someone who can flex from strategic business partnership to tactical hands-on execution. You have sound judgment, problem-solving skills and are effective at resolving issues at their earliest stages with transparency, integrity, and empathy. You are a motivational leader, with a realistic and positive attitude.

You will be leading a team of 2-3; report directly to the CEO and closely collaborate with the executive team in the creation of strategic solutions on all people related aspects.

**Responsibilities will include and are not limited to**:

- Partnering with the senior leadership team to create a people strategy and action plan that will enable us to attract, grow and retain the best talent in the market.
- Develop and lead a best-in-class total rewards program. Continuously evaluate the market to maintain competitive benefits programs
- Ensure that HR Technologies are in place to cover current and future needs
- Establish organizational performance management programs that align with our values.
- Coach senior management team to set clear objectives and metrics in the creation of a high performing culture
- Ensure that Auterion's core values and culture are reflected in all decisions, programs and processes as the company scales.
- Designing a Diversity and inclusion program focused on embracing differences and creating a sense of belonging.

**Must have requirements**:

- 10 years of HR experience, (with emphasis in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits) / 4+ years management experience
- Start / Scale up experience, ideally in deep tech or other software industries
- Degree in Organizational Psychology
- Coaching Certification (or at least 4 years of practical experience)
- Experience managing 100+ people across multiple offices, geographies including a large team of part-time hourly employees
- Experience building and managing multiple HR functions and systems
- demonstrated success in building an effective full-cycle recruitment engine
- Solid understanding / knowledge in international labor law (USA / EU) and their impact on HR matters, particularly non-exempt employee matters.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial drive that requires the ability to roll-up your sleeves and jump in
- High EQ and excellent communicator
- English and German, any other language is a plus.
