The Opportunity

The Market & Our Technology

**Your contributions**:

- Complete and continually strengthen our product strategy and offering, maximizing product-market and product-solution fit
- Facilitate our collaborative roadmapping process, resulting in a clear view of customer value and a strong alignment of the development projects with the business impact
- Shape our go-to-market strategies and oversee their well-coordinated execution
- Establish structures to manage the product lifecycle across all product lines
- Build a Product Management team including Product Marketing, able to perform at scale in global markets across a broad portfolio of products and technologies
- Lead and empower a diverse and engaged product team and ensure personnel coaching and development
- Advocate “product thinking” across the organization to identify new and innovative product opportunities

**Your profile**:

- You have played a leading role in developing and deploying a high-growth product: You or your product team achieved measurable success with a complex product, e.g., 1+ million users, from 0 to multiple millions revenue (ARR)
- You have built, led and grown a cross-functional product management team (including recruiting, coaching, performance management)
- Your experience includes an enterprise product in a B2B business, ideally consisting of both software & hardware of a radically new technology/product
- You are experienced in leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmapping process and have previously contributed to go-to-market strategies and product marketing
- You are experienced with a broad set of product management concepts and are able to vocalize/visualize the principles as actionable directions
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical thinking, distinctive product instincts, and creativity
- You are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing, and you are strong in visual communications and digital collaboration

**Bonus points**:

- Leadership experience in a high-tech startup during a similar growth stage
- Existing expertise in industries like power generation, chemicals, manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, construction
