- The VP CHRM Hearing Instruments is responsible for developing and maintaining effective and strategic relationships with Top Executive Members of our large core business unit (Hearing Instruments). This role will provide best practice internal consultancy services for all people-related matters and work closely with the HR leadership team to define and deliver strategic HR plans.**Your tasks**
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team in developing an integrated HR strategy and contribute to the development and execution of strategic HR plans
- Advocate and champion the HR function, service delivery model, and compliance within the business while adopting people strategies and solutions that support business-specific objectives
- Provide leadership and direction to the Business Partnering team, ensuring the delivery of best practice internal consultancy services across the organization
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Management Board of Hearing Instruments and Consumer Hearing for HR-related matters, and strengthen business collaboration
- Enable the business to achieve strategic goals and add value to all people-related business decisions
- Develop strategic relationships with senior positions to shape the agenda, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic plan
- Provide strategic direction and expert advice in organization design and cultural development to ensure adherence to the changing needs of the business
- Contribute to HR processes and provide specialist HR support to key clients, ensuring organizational people risk mitigation and increased HR process adherence
- Analyze workforce trends and leverage insights to provide input to workforce strategy development
- Support strategic recruitment and onboarding processes for key senior positions
- Act as a coach and team member for client groups, focusing on individual and collective leadership development
- Facilitate change to bring about high performance in the business and focus on strategic people and organization activities
- Guide strategic direction and provide feedback to specialist teams in identified areas (e.g., Talent, Reward, OD, Operations)
**Your profile**
- University degree in business administration, HR, psychology, social sciences, or related field
- 15+ years of significant international experience in a similar environment, including operating as part of a senior management team
- In-depth understanding of emerging trends and developments, good knowledge of legal requirements including employment law and health & safety management
- Extensive experience in acting as a change leader and supporting the business in their change journey
- Ability to make complex judgments and provide solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought, comparing and selecting complex alternatives
- Drives for results, high integrity, collaborative, and flexible attitude
- Dedicated to exceeding expectations of internal and external customers, building effective relationships, and gaining trust
- Proven track record in inspiring, leading, and developing high-performance teams, and in managing and sustaining effective relationships at the executive level
- International work experience is highly preferred
- Professional in English both written and spoken, any other language beneficial
- Excellent MS Office skills
