**What You Will Do**
- Champion Scandit's culture, environment and values while building a supportive culture
- Together with your team, ensure a best-in-class global HR function and challenge your team to think creatively and innovate
- Oversee some of Scandit's key areas in the HR function, building, leading and inspiring a team of globally dispersed People Partners and HR Functional Experts in L&D and Pay&Perks. Some of these functional areas are not yet established and will require your experience & vision to build from the ground up.
- Creating and implementing global HR policies in line with our vision to be a progressive, competitive organization in the tech space
- Collaborate closely with our other People Team Leaders (Talent Acquisition, Workplace Experience, People Tech, Analytics & Operations) to develop, maintain and promote Scandit's People function both internally and externally
- Partner closely with senior business unit leaders to establish credibility as a trusted HR function to influence and support key strategic and operational decisions
- Be very comfortable working in a highly data-driven environment. Leverage relevant data to inform and deliver real insights for your client groups, driving decisions based on insights for your team and your client groups
- With your team and in close collaboration with the other teams within the wider People Team and Scandit key stakeholders, project manage the design, implementation, and improvement of local and global HR initiatives from start to finish
- Work with the management team to establish sound career development and succession plans that align with the short
- and long-term talent needs (including headcount planning) of the organization while working closely with Talent Acquisition team to support comprehensive recruiting and retention plans to meet the current and future talent needs of the business
**Who You Are**
- You've developed a strong point of view on the role of HR in a fast growing, future driven organization
- You've likely experimented with innovative approaches for HR during your previous HR leadership roles, ideally in global, high growth tech companies; you've probably worked in an OKR driven environment, or at least heard of the concept and are curious about it.
- You have successfully managed an international, globally distributed HR team
- You love using data, analytics, metrics to tell compelling stories, shape the future around you and drive strategic decisions. Naturally you use them also to track progress.
- You are a strong connector and communicator, managing key stakeholder relationships courageously and with people in mind.
- You lead your team with vision and empathy.
