**What You Will Do**:

- gain 18 months of insight into the Human Resources Department in a FinTech
- let a senior mentor guide you through the intensive program and benefit from her extensive experience
- rotate in different departments like HR Partnership, Change and Project Management, Culture & Development or Employer Branding
- learn to explain complex matters in an understandable way for different target groups and channels - on
- and offline
- benefit from your first experiences abroad in Warsaw or Madrid and build relationships across the company through multiple placements

**What You Bring**:

- completed (or to be completed this summer) Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Psychology or Work and Organizational Psychology at a university or university of applied sciences
- empathetic personality with an interest in interpersonal relationships
- first relevant work experience as well as a systematic approach and precise way of working
- a communicative, reliable, and flexible personality with a sense of ownership
- very good written and verbal German and English; Spanish would be a plus, as you will be working in an international environment
