**Job Description**:
This in an excellent entry level position to learn about the European energy space and develop your career within a fast-paced international energy group.

**Purpose of the position**: support the Chairman of Flexibility Asset Division and the top management team in business-related issues and projects.

**Essential responsibilities**
- Responsible for acting as communication channel between the management and Chairman of the division; informing the Chairman of the status of ongoing projects and communicating on behalf of him in terms of requests and messages to the management.
- Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings for the Chairman, attending the requested ones, preparing the meeting minutes, and following up the delivery of the agreed tasks within deadline.
- Provides preparatory materials in connection with the ongoing business projects.
- Acts as project manager in case of delegated projects
- Acts as a Board secretary

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in finance or business
- 1-3 years’ experience in top business consulting firm, investment bank or top energy business
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen, sense of time management, planning and organizing, judgement and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities as well as the ability to closely interact professionally with Senior Management members
- Fluent English, any other European language is a plus
- Advanced skills in MS Office (including highly developed proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, have high personal and professional integrity
- Hands-on attitude with strong ability to cope with pressure
