**Job Description**:
This is an excellent entry level position to get exposed to management decision and learn about the European energy market. We provide a long-tern career opportunity within the Group.

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

A high-caliber talent to directly support the Group CEO office. The Employee is responsible to ensure the success and impact of initiatives that drive and improve operational and commercial effectiveness. The employee will gain exposure and insight into MET Group from front to back.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports to a high and accurate standard and work closely with the Executive Board
- Contribute to and coordinate initiatives that drive business growth and continuity
- Act as an interface between the GCEO office and the organization for assigned tasks and follow-ups
- Ensure consistent and open communication with internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate in finance, CEMS degree in highly appreciated
- Excellent numerical, financial modelling and analytical skills
- High interest in energy space
- Fluent English, any other European languages are welcome
- Proactivity, accuracy, reliability
