**Job Description**:
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

A high-calibre talent to directly support the Group CEO office in business related issues. The Employee is responsible to ensure the success and impact of initiatives that will further drive operational and commercial effectiveness. The employee will gain full exposure and strategic insight into MET Group.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acts as an interface between the GCEO office and the organization for the assigned tasks and follow-ups
- Ensures consistent and open communication with the relevant stakeholders
- Works closely with top executives from different business functions
- Acts as a project manager in delegated strategic projects
- Coordinates initiatives that drive business growth and continuity
- Gathers and analyzes large amounts of information quickly and problem solve effectively
- Develops compelling, insightful recommendations
- Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations to a high and accurate standard and works closely with the Executive Board

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Top university degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT
- 2-3 years of work experience in highly competitive and international environment
- Fluency in English
- Skilled at anticipating possibility outcomes and drawing meaningful conclusions from data and events
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly committed and ambitious to achieve good results
