**What it's about**

Partners Group is seeking a Support Professional based in Europe to join our Direct Sales and Client Solutions (CSOL) team to help drive fundraising for Private Equity Integrated. This role will cut across both the Private Equity Integrated investment activity and the client solutions initiatives and it will be based in Partners Group's Zug offices (Switzerland).

In this position, you will focus on the following:

- Project & Content Management: In coordination with the investment teams and the business development team, create and support the execution of marketing plans, development of marketing materials (including pitchbook, investment case studies, detailed portfolio tracking models etc), monitoring of the competitive landscape and management of the fundraising process
- Investor Services: Support the Investor Relationship Management program based on regularly scheduled and ad-hoc communication efforts - as well as fielding of investor queries
- Roadshow Coordination: Coordinate roadshow campaign management for Partners Group Private Equity Integrated flagship funds. Ensure coordination between CSOL and the investment teams with consistent communication
- Investment Syndication: Support execution of syndication transactions for Partners Group's new Private Equity Integrated transactions, in coordination with investment teams, CSOL and clients. Responsibilities to cover process coordination, fielding co-investor queries, coordinating internal approvals, and liaising with Structuring and Transaction Services on vehicle creation and execution
- Business Development: participate in client interactions and presentations and progressively grow ability to take a front role with LPs within a 3-year timeframe
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive reporting and real-time updates to management and the business development team, monitoring the timeline and execution of the fundraise including: LP demand books, detailed contact reporting with next steps, forward roadshow calendar, data room access reporting, due diligence tracker, co-investment lists, etc.
- LP Engagement & Support: Engage with LPs on fundraising tasks (e.g. due diligence follow-ups) within the European time-zone, ensuring timeliness and quality of replies
- Special Projects: Drive initiatives related to client/investor events including due diligence days, business line meeting updates, annual general meeting, off-sites, and recruiting
- Marketing & Media: Coordinate industry event sponsorship, media exposure, Q&A, contribute to further establish Partners Group's image

**What we expect**

The successful person for this role should have the following:

- Education: Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. finance, economics or business-related, engineering)
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience (e.g. private markets business development or marketing / sales, investment banking, private equity)
- Financial Literacy: Understands the dynamics of private markets investing and specifically private equity. Unique aspects of private markets, including value drivers, financial, operational, and technical processes would be a distinct advantage
- Technical Competences: Thorough proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to analyze, communicate, and synthesize complex information. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter: Anticipates and executes value-add activities with mínimal supervision; communicates and works effectively within an international / dispersed organization across the investment, business development and client solutions teams
- Effectiveness: Persuasive with the business development team to maximize output during a fundraise
- Client-ready: Assists with supporting LP relationships that require high-touch interactions, as well as any strategic clients who require significant in-house support. Growing confidence level and presentation skills to interact with clients in a convincing manner
- Team spirit: Develops and establishes strong bonds across the firm
- Languages: fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
