Then take the next step in your career and reach out to us **Your Responsibilities**: - Proactively approaching and acquiring new clients in need of external consultants, particularly within the IT space with a focus on Data Engineering, Analytics, Software Engineering and Cloud Engineering. - Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and campaigns to drive the growth of the company. - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for our services business, placing our vast network of class A experts with enterprise clients or help those clients to transition to a more cost-effective setup by working with our nearshore center in Serbia. - Identify the right setup for the potential client by offering either consulting of individual experts, support in the form of a Callista team or managed capacity to outsource more parts of the value chain to us. - Acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and maintaining outstanding client relationships. - As the first point of contact for our clients, you will understand their challenges, pick up on their ideas and offer appropriate next steps. - Responsible for preparing quotations, cost indications and contract negotiations as part of our sales process. **Your Profile**: - Professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, in the IT and recruitment industry. - Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain, and grow trusted business relationships. Skilled at navigating initial sales conversations with confidence and professionalism. - Strong technical understanding to effectively engage in first-contact sales conversations. Advanced technical knowledge is a plus, but the ability to understand and discuss technical aspects at a high level is essential. - Familiarity with one or more of our core competency areas is advantageous: Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse, Data Platform, Data Engineering, Azure Databricks, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Custom Software Development (Microsoft or OpenSource Stack), Cloud Engineering in Microsoft Azure, Methodological competencies like SCRUM, SAFe or Release Management. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Customer-oriented and independent work style. - Network and contacts in the IT sector are an advantage. - Excellent German and English skills (both verbal and written). **Personal Skills**: - You are a «People Person», make new contacts easily and have a talent for gaining the trust of others quickly and sustainably. - A high level of social and methodological competencies as well as a strong presence in uncertain, unfamiliar situations. - Great discipline and ambition with the ability to identify and seize opportunities. - Intrinsic motivation and an open mindset to constantly reflect, develop and learn. - Willingness to go the extra mile and work in start-up mode. - Open to travel within Switzerland and ready to meet in our office in Zug but also work remotely from home. **Who You Are**: - A proactive and resilient sales "hunter" who is motivated by closing new deals and driving growth. - Eager to work in a dynamic, mid-sized IT and Recruiting company where you can make a direct impact. - Passionate about technology and excited to help enterprise clients leverage our expertise in data and digital transformation. - Looking for opportunity for personal and professional growth in a mid-sized company that works with enterprise clients. - Tech savvy with IT tooling such as CRMs or other sales and marketing related tools. - No hesitation to do cold outreach.
