I have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a dynamic biopharmaceutical company based in** Zug, Switzerland** as a **Business Development & Alliance Manager.**
Your mission is support business development activities and help manage relationships with the company's international licensees.
**This role will offer you**:

**You will be responsible for**:
- Developing new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain and manage existing business
- Conducting financial and budget reviews
- Liaising with partners and internal/external stakeholders
- The identification and validation of new business partners
**You will bring the following**:
- German and English speaking (must have)
- Degree in Business management, natural sciences, or equivalent
- Experience working in the Pharma/Biopharma industry
- Experience in Alliance Management, licensing or business development in a business-to-business environment
