**Position summary**

Located in the centre of Zug (Switzerland) our Company is focused on the trading of raw materials (mainly coal). We offer a dynamic working environment that provides opportunities to develop and grow your knowledge and career within the Company.

To complete our team, we are looking for a **Market and Business Analysis Support **to join our dynamic and experienced team, taking care of the following tasks:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Processing and analysis of coal and cross commodity market data, dashboards and market reports elaboration earmarked to company’s management;
- Market review of the global energy market, summarising key points in articles and presentation of relevant news topics for the trading team
- Data gathering via APIs and web scrapping, data cleaning and feed into Graphical Unit Interface (GUI)
- Database and interface maintenance
- Building and updating the regression models to forecast coal prices
- Sales financial planning, forecasting and analysis, preparation of weekly sales plan/fact report, analysis of sales P&L affecting factors, cost analysis, scenario modeling
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with operations, trading and finance for elaboration ofsales plan/fact report
- Review of the quarterly accounting report and reconcilation with the sales plan/fact report
- Support for traders on P&L sensitivity analysis and decision making
- Support for finance department in hedging strategy development, as well as FX impact evaluation
- Support for the Company’s sourcing strategy andscenario modeling, comparisons
- Support for presentations on sales and hedge strategy

**What makes you successful**:

- Strong Microsoft skills particularly in Excel and Power Point (Power BI knowledge is a plus);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with large amount of data;
- Precision and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of APIs, SQL based Database;
- Experience in programming language such as Python or R;
- Ideally understanding (reading) of Russian language
