**What it's about**

Based in London, UK or Zug, Switzerland, you will report directly to the Executive Committee member and Department Head Portfolio Solutions and support on various projects and initiatives aiming at ensuring business and operational success of the firm. The Business Department Portfolio Solutions comprises the Business Units Portfolio Management, Quantitative & Risk Management and Liquid Private Market Strategies.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Drive business analysis for strategic and operational projects of the Business Department
- Develop strategic and operational business initiatives in liaison with Business Unit executives
- Prepare management presentations
- Draft and disseminate executive committee meeting minutes
- Perform quantitative analyses relating to and track business department and business unit goals, coordinate with stakeholders on progress and milestone achievements and regularly report to executive bodies
- Facilitate local, regional and global Business Department and Leadership Offsites
- Take ownership for Business Department project management initiatives (incl. data driven research and analysis for such projects), monitor project progression and prepare project status updates

**What we expect**
- Top academic credentials (BS/Master/MBA)
- 2-4 years' experience, preferably from a private equity/asset management firm or investment bank
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial, driven and proactive mind-set with strong desire to learn and succeed
- Project management skills are a plus
- Proficiency in English and German is an asset
