For a client based in kanton Zug, Switzerland, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join the growing team.

Tasks
- Managing the finance team and overseeing the day-to-day running of the entire finance function
- Responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Liaise with the IT department in terms of continuous IT process and automation innovation concerning finance and accounting operations
- Lead, plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and IT process optimisation projects together with the IT department
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast
- VAT returns, preparing statutory accounts and filing these with Companies House
- Running the monthly Payroll and Expense Management
- Responsible for managing the Bank Accounts
- Cashflow currencies forecasting and management
- Provide financial insight and analysis based on organisations results and forecasts to drive the entire business performance
- Establishing and developing effective financial policies, strategies, procedures as well methods to minimising the risks for the company
- Compliance responsible for company's policies, procedures, comply with regulatory (cooperation law, tax, contracts, GDPR) and ethical standards
- HR management of compensation and benefits, monitoring employment laws and maintain legal employment contracts up to date
- Facilitate, coordinate, and manage drafting of new business cases processes across the organisation
- Continuously tracking the company’s financial status, operations, and performance to identify and implement improvements

- Strong front leader, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate different personalities
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to manage large amounts of data accurately
- Must be driven, proactive, strong in decision making, collaboration, problem solving, operational excellence and capable of working independently
- A strong sense of initiative, prioritisation, a multi-tasking mindset and continuous process/productivity improvements with the use of technology
- 5+ years of professional finance and accounting management experience and/or acquired via accounting firmsstrict deadlines
- Experience in leading and managing IT projects and rolling out across various software platforms and technologies highly desirable
- Qualified Accountant degree and knowledge of Swiss compliance is preferred
- 5+ years of professional finance and accounting management experience and/or acquired via accounting firm strict deadlines
- A top professional in financial reporting and auditing requirements
- Fully fluent in English and German
