For one our client, a famous luxury brand specialised in Luxury based in Neuchâtel area, we are looking for an International Sales Training Coordinator EMEA FR/ENG (H/F):
Your Responsibilities:

- Support actively the business growth by deploying the product training to the partners.
- Be passionate about the brand and transmit with passion, new product launch to the client advisors and distributors, motivate them to be key players for the success of the Brand.
- Work closely with your local partners (Area Sales Managers, Marketing Managers and collaborate with all stakeholders to identify training needs and take appropriate actions).
- Monitor all aspects of the training sessions organisation such as locations, material, invitations,training tools and anticipate all needs.
- Suggest improvements on training aspects and share feedback reports after training sessions and consolidate the data with a number of sessions, topics, attendees,.
- Support and follow-up the training budget allocation for the area.
- Support, organise and deliver the annual Master Class training and the Sales Manager travel retail meeting.

Your Profile:

- You graduate from a diploma in Marketing, Communication or in Sales with a first experience in training within the luxury industry.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a strong interest in selling techniques and a special affinity for luxury brands.
- You are native English or fluent (C1). You have a professional level in French (B2 minimum). Additional language would be a strong asset.
- You are filling to travel across EMEA 80 % of your time depending on the activity.
- You are very positive, energetic and proactive person
- You have a strong ability to communicate with empathy to everyone.
