**Job Title: Marketing Coordinator EMEA**

**Location**: Basel office (EMEA HQ)

**Are you a dynamic and innovative marketing professional looking to make a significant impact in the EMEA region? We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Basel**

**Job Objectives**:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives within the EMEA region. This role bridges the gap between planning and implementation, ensuring that marketing campaigns, events, and sales-support activities are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with business objectives. The Marketing Coordinator will manage key marketing projects, conduct competitor research, create marketing collateral, and provide critical support to the Sales team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Coordination and Execution**: Support the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels. Examples of tasks:
**Competitor Research and Market Analysis**: Conduct regular competitor and market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer behavior. Examples of tasks:

- Research competitor product launches, event participation, and marketing campaigns.
- Compile findings into easy-to-read reports to share with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Analyze industry trends (pricing, messaging, content strategies) to support campaign planning.
- Use tools like Google Alerts, market research platforms, or competitor websites to monitor activities.

**Content Development and Localization**: Work closely with internal and external teams to create, adapt, and distribute high-quality marketing content tailored for the EMEA region. Examples of tasks:

- Assist in content updates for websites, ensuring messaging aligns with campaigns.
- Proofread and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and style guidelines.

**Tradeshow/Event Planning and Coordination**: Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and customer-facing events across the region. Examples of tasks:

- Collaborate with booth building companies and external agencies to produce visualizations of booth designs.
- Organize logistics for tradeshows & events (booth setup, shipping equipment and promotional materials, managing vendor contracts).
- Coordinate with Sales teams to prepare pre
- Track attendee lists, event budgets, and ensure smooth event execution.
- Collect post-event feedback and summarize ROI for reporting.

**Sales Team Support**: Act as a key marketing resource to support the Sales team with tools, assets, and competitor insights. Examples of tasks:

- Create and update sales presentations, product data sheets, and customer-facing materials.
- Provide the Sales team with updated competitor research and analysis.
- Ensure timely lead handover and documentation within the CRM (Salesforce).

**Reporting and Data Management**: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing activities and performance. Examples of tasks:

- Track campaign results (e.g., lead generation, engagement rates) and compile insights into dashboards.
- Update CRM systems with accurate campaign data, lead details, and customer feedback.
- Prepare monthly reports to measure campaign performance, competitor activity, and event ROI.

Other duties as required.

**Experience & Core Competencies**:

- 2-5 year of professional experience within Marketing, Tradeshow & Event organization or Data Analytics, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
- Excellent presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about marketing culture.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and creative.
- Confident and proactive in customer-facing roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills with commercial acumen.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Creative Cloud, and social media platforms.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify preferred).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

**Education**:

- Minimum B.A. in Marketing or Communications

**Language Skills**:

- Fluent in English, German, and French
- Additional languages are a plus

**Travel Requirements / Home Office Guideline**:

- Approximately 35% travel across EMEA and the US
- Possibility to work from home 1 day per week (Friday)
