You'll collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all channels. **Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Campaign Development and Activation**: Support the EMEA integrated marketing team with the implementation of regional content, managing the lifecycle of campaigns using Workfront to ensure timely and successful execution.
- ** Retail Marketing for EMEA**: Coordinate the production of promotional materials and digital assets for stores and outlet centers, and communicate effectively with retail partners to meet marketing needs.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive consumer engagement and ensure a seamless integration across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and advertising channels.
- ** Performance Analysis and Optimization**: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
- ** Strategic Alignment**: Work closely with the global and regional teams to align marketing activities with the broader business objectives and brand identity.

**What You'll Bring**:

- ** Marketing Experience**: 1-2 years in marketing, preferably in the consumer, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- ** Time Management Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
