The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of training programs. The role is dedicated to training management, the related budget and invoicing process and the maintenance and evaluation of training data. The job holder will support the Program & Project Management Center of Excellence, with potential extension of the responsibility to other groups. Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure systems and information is properly maintained Ability to market and sell the L&D offering among different communities Support Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in training processes and making recommendations for enhancements.
