Dolder AG has been an internationally active raw materials distributor offering services since 1898. Our family-owned company supplies chemical and polymer raw materials to the processing industry. Our headquarters are in Basel, and we also operate branches in Italy, Spain, Turkey, Germany, and Austria.
For the Specialty Chemicals division we are looking for a Sales Coordinator with immediate effect or by appointment.

**WHAT YOU DO WITH US**
- Handle the logistic as well as commercial side of importing and exporting raw materials.
- Administer the warehouse and supervise the stock (close collaboration with Sales Manager).
- Communicate with suppliers and clients in order to ensure that all relevant parties have the necessary as well as the desirable information.
- Collaborate closely with sales and support them in the administrative and operative aspects of customer liaison (e.g. sampling, offers, c-customers, telemarketing etc).

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- You have a commercial or technical education and are interested in technical knowhow
- Ideally, you already have experience with logistics
- You are service-oriented and have a high level of interpersonal skills
- You communicate fluently in German and English (French is a plus)
- You are a good organizer and have basic economic knowledge
- You are good with common IT programs (Microsoft Office, Teams etc.)
