In this position of Gifting Coordinator you ensure the coordination and proper execution of delivery flows from suppliers to boutiques of VIP gifts.

**Key responsabilities**
- Project monitoring
- Propose delivery flows from suppliers to markets/stores which follows compliance rules.
- Lead steering meetings on the monitoring and progress of projects with project managers and Compliance stakeholders. Alert about operational impacts from the start of the project.
- Alert about any deviation that impacts the product availability retro-scheduling.
- Be proactive on optimizations linked to processes and project organization.
- Flow coordination
- Coordinate delivery flows from suppliers: place orders, organize transport, ensure and support suppliers so that all necessary elements are communicated for on-time delivery.
- Coordinate deliveries to local warehouses: ensure order placements from local entities and deployment of stock.
- Coordinate delivery flows to stores by ensuring communication with local stakeholders. (Sharing delivery times, alert on non-use of products, etc.)
- Deal with emergencies, inform the stakeholders concerned.
- Execution
- Create and manage customer and supplier orders in SAP according to project retro-planning.
- Create new suppliers.
- Contribute to the creation of articles in SAP: communicate all the necessary elements respecting the compliance rules.
- Ensure follow-up of supplier payments.

**Your profile**

High School of Management or equivalent

5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel)

ERP experience, SAP experience a strong plus

Relational skills, solution-oriented and assertive.

Autonomous, rigorous and organized.

Dynamic and voluntary.

**Organization**:
This position is based in Villars-sur-Glâne.

1 day every 15 days traveling to Geneva Meyrin

**Languages**:
Fluent French, English (written and spoken)
