Treasury Process Manager

**What's the role?**:
In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day treasury operations activities as well as driving global treasury projects.

**What does the role involve?**:
The focus is on payment workflows. You will introduce new technologies and processes and provide support to internal customers for treasury products and services. Further you will negotiate with banks, PSPs, FinTechs and other relevant treasury system providers including contract management. Finally you will be involved in controlling and administrative works for all our systems used in Treasury. This position will be based in our Headquarter in Schaan, Liechtenstein. You will report to the Group Treasurer.

This is a classical middle-office function with the possibility to drive digital transformation in all our treasury processes and develop your career further in Hilti Finance.

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in business administration or IT
- Advanced project management skills are a must
- Multiple years of experience in an international company preferably industrial environment and financial services otherwise consulting
- Good knowledge of Treasury products and processes, a sound understanding of accounting and controlling as well as excellent analytical and IT skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Team player with good communication skills, highly motivated and flexible
