We’re actively seeking a Intern for our programs in Switzerland who is motivated, passionate, pro-active student with an entrepreneurial spirit. This person is interested in startups and new technology ecosystems and wants to develop business analysis skills.

As an intern, you will be able to learn and collaborate with different teams and technologies. This may include, Industry 4.0, Life Sciences, Logistics, Data Analysis, Sustainability, Ventures, Events, Marketing and other teams as our business grown in Switzerland.

**And most importantly**:Do you want to be part of the founding team of a brand new Plug and Play location?

This is the chance to join and form a completely new program and hub as it is being created from scratch

We are looking for driven, bright and well-connected individual to join our team through our elite internship program with a duration of 3-6 month with a potential to convert into a full-time position upon your performance. You will help with a variety of business functions including research and developments, community/programing of events, business development efforts, due diligence on startups, and sourcing.

This role will require you to work closely with your sales and new business team and assist with:

- Sourcing, qualify, sort, and track leads
- Research and track key industry trends and competitive products
- Support sales team to build go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Scheduling meetings with leads, and corporate partners, and facilitate those meetings
- Work with our community management team to organize mentor sessions, office hours activities and develop relevant content for corporate partners during program live cycle
- Support community manager during the events on logistic, hosting, and space organization.
- Work with sales manager and ventures team to collect internal data, organize and prepare reports for service quality monitoring and improvement
- Review, interview, and evaluate startups from various sources
- Research and analyze market and industry trends to identify the best early-stage startups and founding teams
- Assist the Ventures team with ad hoc projects and initiatives
- Additional operational or administrative work for Plug and Play Sales as needed

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Currently studying or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree
- Proficient in English language
- Fluent in German
- Career driven individual with a passion for technology entrepreneurship ecosystem, sales and new business development
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong professionalism in the workplace
- Strong Office Suites (G Suite) and other technical skills
