**Career Opportunities in Finance at Lonza Group**:
Lonza offers multiple career opportunities in** Bioscience Business Unit Finance Team** for up to 3 months. This person will interact with a wide range of senior leaders in the company as well as the entire Bioscience Finance Team across the world. The role will support to ensure seamless planning, reporting, budgeting and target setting processes are implemented in the business unit. Some of the responsibilities and potential projects are listed below, intern is expected to lead one or more projects during his/her tenure depending on the business needs:

- Business unit financial reporting: support harmonization and improvement of monthly financial reporting as well as building new reporting templates which will be used during the Target (budget) and quarterly forecast process.
- Master Data Work: Assessment of master data requirements (i.e. cost center, profit center, FTE etc) due to Bioscience new Strategy and new Organization Design. Coordinate the master data implementation project in liaison with BU commercial team and corporate master data team
- Financial performance management: business unit performance and business reviews, assessment of business opportunities and risks, support of strategic projects
- Support execution of M&A transactions: due diligence support, interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc operational activities/projects within Bioscience Finance team

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc/ M.A./ MBA in corporate finance, accounting or business administration
- Strong analytical capabilities and affinity to finance
- Structured thinking and business acumen
- Ability to navigate dynamic business and corporate environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Works in partnership as an active member of his/her team and cross
- functional working groups
- Strong financial modelling skills
