**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Corporate Controlling Intern** to support our team in key initiatives related to KPI standardization and planning process enablement. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and controlling within a dynamic international environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Creation of a KPI Definition Document**:

- Collaborate with Corporate Controlling and other key stakeholders to consolidate, define, and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) used across the organization
- Ensure alignment with existing reporting structures and support consistency in performance measurement
- Support the visualization and formatting of the final document for internal distribution
- ** Support in Creation of HC and Personnel Expense Planning Training Material**:

- Assist in the development of training materials related to headcount (HC) and personnel expense planning
- Help collect input from functional experts and translate it into engaging and easy-to-understand content
- Contribute to presentations, manuals, and possibly e-learning content to support global training rollout

**Your Profile**:

- Ongoing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and collaborate across departments
