Ihre Mission:

Sie sind das organisatorische Herzstück der Firma. Sie treiben die Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie voran, sichern den reibungslosen Ablauf des operativen Betriebs und setzen zukunftsweisende Impulse in den Bereichen Finanzen, Prozesse, Personal, Kommunikation und Administration.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Strategieumsetzung:
    Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO und der Geschäftsleitung zur praktischen Umsetzung strategischer Ziele. Gestaltung effizienter Geschäftsprozesse, Unternehmensstrukturen und Organisationsentwicklungen.
  • Finanzmanagement:
    Steuerung der Finanzbuchhaltung, Budgetplanung und des Reportings. Sicherstellung eines stabilen Cashflows und Aufbau von internen Kontrollmechanismen.
  • Prozessoptimierung:
    Identifikation von Effizienzsteigerungen, Einführung moderner Tools und Automatisierung der administrativen Prozesse.
  • Personalmanagement:
    Einführung moderner Rekrutierungsmethoden und Talentmanagement. Sicherstellung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur und Umsetzung der Personalstrategie.
  • Administration:
    Koordination, Optimierung und Automatisierung der administrativen Abläufe, um alle Unternehmensbereiche optimal zu unterstützen ("Administration as a Service").
  • Risikomanagement:
    Identifikation potenzieller Risiken und Entwicklung geeigneter Massnahmen zur Sicherung des Unternehmenserfolgs.
  • Kommunikation:
    Aufbau und Pflege klarer Kommunikationsstrukturen – intern wie extern.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung.
  • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsrolle, idealerweise in den Bereichen Finanzen, Prozessmanagement und/oder Organisation.
  • Stark ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken und analytisches Denken.
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren und zielorientiert zu leiten.
  • Affinität zu Finanzkennzahlen und digitalen Tools.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen auf allen Ebenen zu gestalten.
  • Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
