Aircraft Operations Manager

My client is a leading, global MRO who are looking to expand further their Basel location with an Aircraft Operations Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow a division and shape the future of this department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of around 20 currently
  • Schedule, plan an d control project activities
  • Continuously look for process improvements
  • Help ensure all work fits into compliance rules and procedures
  • Uphold Part 145 and P21 approvals and policies

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in the Aviation sector (MRO, OEM, Completion Center)
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of regulations and certifications including EASA, FAA, Part 145 and P21
  • Budget and finance control experience
  • Fluent English language skills. French would be useful but not essential
