Finance Internship, International

**The Role**:
Come help Moderna scale This is an exciting opportunity to support the International Finance team of a dynamic and high growth organization that is radically changing the biotechnology industry.

As a Finance Intern you will report to the Head Finance International and support him and the international Finance Leadership team in the management of strategic business expansion initiatives, deliverables in Financial Planning & Analysis and in the organization of day-to-day operational activities.

**Here’s What You’ll Do**:
Support the International Finance team in the management of a portfolio of strategic business expansion projects and in organization of day-to-day operational activities

Support various finance tasks from Financial Planning & Analysis to accounting, tax and compliance

Support month-end close including month-end close accruals, troubleshooting or following-up with accounting and the business

Prepare the International Finance Leadership Team meetings and follow-up on actions

Manage internal communication within the function and on Int. finance topics

Conduct research on COVID-19 vaccines market to support commercial expansion

Ad-hoc analysis and activities as required

**Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance

Some first working experience ideally in the pharmaceutical / Biotech industry highly preferred

Strong academic results

Strong work ethic, self-motivated, willing to “Roll-up your sleeves” to drive and deliver results, meet deadlines and improve processes

Strong analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details

Excel modeling and power-point skills.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams

Excellent English skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages is a plus
