**We're looking for a Product Manager to**:
- co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
- drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
- act as product manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
- ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
- support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
- document functional and non-functional requirements in an unambiguous way
Description du profil
- university degree, preferably in banking, finance, economics, information technology or related discipline
- strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) and product management combined with analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
- preferably more than 5 years professional experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert responsible for leading business change/transformation initiatives
- delivery of complex products in an agile working environment, ideally within the financial industry
- good understanding of Traditional Credit Products, Traded Products and Credit Risk Concepts
- familiarity with TOAD, Alteryx, Python would be an asset.
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
