We’re looking for a Pod Product Owner in of the Crew of the Financing business to:
- own the long term vision of the Pod supporting the Securities Lending business in Zurich
- manage & prioritize product backlog that deliver business values for the business and UBS clients
- be responsible for operational health of the product, client and internal user satisfaction
- lead the Pod in agile practices, empowering and developing Pod members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation
- interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape

You’ll be working in the Financing team in Zurich focusing on the Securities Lending business.
**Your expertise**
- strong product leadership in Securities Lending skills
- product leadership in Stock Borrow Loan (and Financing in general) skills will be preferable
- outstanding leadership skills promoting a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment for employees with autonomy to deliver, mastery of skills and purposeful work
- data-driven and analytical mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
