Tasks

xorlab is looking for a Product Owner to join our growing product team. As a Product Owner, you work closely with our Sales & Marketing, Customer Success and Development teams. You will ensure that our customer needs are translated into our security SaaS platform with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction, retention and conversion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT XORLAB
- Define and execute the product roadmap
- Work with design/user experience and technical leads to define user stories and acceptance criteria for feature requests
- Planning of sprint and product releases
- Prioritize and groom the product backlog
- Own the tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment
- Engage regularly with customers to incorporate their feedback in the product roadmap
- Drive interactions with Sales & Marketing and Customer Success to co-develop a scalable product that integrates with our customer journey

**Requirements**:
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Required: BSc or MSc in Computer Science or comparable discipline
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take ownership
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Plus: Track record in cybersecurity or information security
