Product Owner Structured Products

**Responsibilities**
- Product Owner in the product innovation and governance team for new financial products (structured products and cross-assets derivatives)
- End-to-end implementation of new financial products on balance sheet as well as off balance sheet
- Gather business requirements and make sure they align with the overall strategy and are all reflected in the product approval tool
- Work closely together with cross functional stakeholders (trading, sales, treasury, operation, IT, risk, compliance etc.)
- Manage the product / services life cycle from conception through release (incl. testing)
- Work with an Agile development team to re-fine and prioritize features and stories and participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Analyse customer needs and market trends to identify new business opportunities contributing to innovation, product vision and product roadmap- Anforderungen
**Requirements**:
- Several years of experience as a product owner or business analyst in the financial industry
- Good knowledge of structured products and the product issuance flow of cross-asset structured products and derivatives
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial industry (ESG, EMIR, Mifid, FinFraG)
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira and confluence
- Fluent in English
**Nice to have**
- Degree as CFA, CAIA or FRM
- Affinity to IT
- German language skills
