We are looking to hire a Product Manager with a passion for digital assets and decentralized finance to join our growing team in our Zurich office.

Tasks
- Design new yield generating products based on digital assets to help our clients to preserve their wealth (through means of staking, decentralized lending etc.)
- Partner with business and tech stakeholders to elaborate on business requirements and feasibility to implement and ensure quality and stability of our products
- Cooperate with product owners, tech leads and designers to translate high-level product features into processes, user stories and business rules with a client-centric mindset
- Work closely with the development team to implement product features while ensuring scalability, managing dependencies, and adhering to business and non-functional requirements
- Manage integrations and interfaces with other systems in our product landscape
- Drive the entire product development life cycle
- Derive out-of-the box solutions to address complex client needs

**Requirements**:

- Experience as Product Manager with emphasis on requirements engineering and collaboration with technical teams
- Solid knowledge of financial products, particularly in the areas related to credit & lending and securities lending
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in cryptocurrencies / blockchain / decentralized finance
- Strong analytical skills to ask the right questions, elicit, dissect, organize, translate, and cross reference requirements
- Outstanding communication skills to successfully bridge the gap between business and tech
- Familiarity with Agile Development
- Basic knowledge of REST API, Data Structure

**Nice to have**:

- Strong interest to deep-dive into blockchain protocols such as Compound, AAVE and others
- Background and experience with IT projects in the financial industry
- Relevant certification such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum Professional, Project Management (IPMA/PMP/Price/SAFe, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of programming (Solidity, JavaScript)
